Philip joined L1H in 2022 as Principal and is based in London. In his role, Philip focuses on the origination and execution of new investment opportunities and works closely with management teams on operational improvements.
Prior to joining L1H, Philip was CEO of Colosseum Dental UK, a portfolio company of Jacobs Holding, where he was responsible for the turnaround of the business. Prior to that, Philip worked for Jacobs Holding in Switzerland on acquisitions and operating improvements. He started his career at Goldman Sachs and Bain & Company.
Philip is a graduate of the University of St Gallen and received an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
